How it works

The first step is an initial meeting/consultation/fact-finding exercise, whatever you want to call it, and it is free of charge.

We will go away and after completing an initial assessment, suggest a first step, and where applicable, outline subsequent steps of a plan.

Contained within this proposal will be a fee estimate for an initial package of defined work, along with an outline of positive improvements and desirable outcomes we believe can be achieved.

This is always tailored to your individual circumstances.

Should you wish to proceed, 50% of the fee estimate is then payable, with the balance billed progressively. Subsequent work is handled in a similar fashion and by negotiation/mutual agreement.
